Does the venue have parking?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have private parking. However, there is ample free street parking nearby. To find free and metered parking near the venue, we recommend downloading the app SpotAngels. If you plan to drive, please watch out for bikers!
Rideshare: We highly recommend downloading the Lyft or Uber app. For those that are unfamiliar with these apps, taxi cabs do still exist.
CTA: If you are coming from downtown, Tied House is a 7 minute walk from the Southport Brown Line stop.
Bikes: You can rent and find Divvy bikes through the Lyft app. There is a Divvy docking station right outside Tied House. The new electric Divvy bikes are very fun.
Do you have a registry?
We have had many moons together of collecting our favorite knick-knacks and house-hold things. We are saving up to own a house next year! If you would like to contribute to our new home or honeymoon fund, click below!
What should I wear?
Semi Formal/Cocktail or whatever that means to you.
Get festive! Get fancy! It’s a cute cocktail party in the city!
Are you having a ceremony?
Yes. We have decided to keep our wedding ceremony intimate with only a few guests. Our best bud, Wills, will be marrying us earlier in the day.
Will dinner be served?
Our dinner will be served cocktail style (or what Anna calls “Mermaid Food”), which means we will have an array of amazing appetizers and small bites!
Have you ever seen the movie Mermaids with Cher?
It’s kind of like that but fancier.
Late-night food will also be served.

We have had to make the tough decision to not have kids at our wedding. We wish we could include all children but we are only able to invite immediate family.
